Jo Monde Collection prides itself on giving customers a full retail service! We do our best to ensure you are happy with your products purchased, as well as your shopping experience!

CANCELLATION

Please notify us immediately in writing to sales@jomonde-collection.com if you wish to cancel your order. A 10% administration fee will be charged on all cancellations to cover processing costs. Orders are despatched the next day, if we have not been notified in writing within this time your order will be sent.

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES & CREDIT

Jo Monde Collection does not refund. Items may be exchanged for a different size or a credit will be given for another purchase. We will not refund any delivery costs.

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order to arrange an exchange or credit. Please contact us via email sales@jomonde-collection.com

All freight costs associated with the return of goods for exchange or credit and the costs of freight for exchange items, are the sole responsibility of the customer.

The original shipping costs are not refundable. Shipping costs for exchanged goods are the responsibility of the customer.

Jo Monde collection recommend using registered post to return any item as we will not accept any responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit to us.

PLEASE NOTE: Any item returned for a credit or exchange must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with all tags attached wrapping & packaging unopened & in a saleable condition with the original invoice. If the item is not returned in this way we will not be able to process a credit or exchange.

FAULTY GOODS

All products are inspected before leaving the Jo Monde Collection warehouse to ensure our customers only receive quality products.

From time to time a product may have a fault. In this event please contact us via email within 10 days of receiving your order.

If the product has a manufacturing fault it will be forwarded on to the manufacturer for inspection of the fault.

We will take care to package goods carefully but cannot take responsibility for any product that has been damaged during delivery.

The cost of returning the item is the sole responsibility of the customer.

PRODUCT WARRANTY

If the product comes with a written warranty from the manufacturer we will forward any faulty product to them. You will then deal directly with the manufacturer.

PRICING

All prices are in Australian dollars with 10% GST included in this price.

For overseas customers prices quoted do not include local taxes or VAT. It is the responsibility of the purchaser to comply with any local taxes, tariffs and duties payable on imported goods.

DELIVERY

Delivery costs are displayed at the checkout phase of the ordering process and added into the total cost prior to completing the checkout procedure.

Jo Monde Collection despatches all orders with Australia Post.

We take great care in packaging each order to ensure you will receive your goods in an undamaged condition.

Once orders are despatched from our warehouse we are not responsible for any delivery delays or goods damaged or lost by Australia Post.

It is the customer's responsibility to ensure correct shipping / delivery details are provided to Jo Monde Collection when placing your order.
